Featuring a new type of performance intercooler core designed specifically for the high demands of the B58.1 engine, the Wagner Tuning intake manifold offers an impressive 128% increase in external intercooler core volume compared to the original intercooler. The optimal ratio between inner and outer cooling surface achieves maximum heat transfer while ensuring optimal internal airflow. Thanks to advanced CFD simulations, the CNC-machined end boxes have been designed for optimal airflow conditions, resulting in outstanding cooling performance with minimal backpressure. This kit is therefore also ideal for racing and guarantees optimal cooling of the charged air with a significant increase in performance.
The Wagner Tuning intercoolers are also equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a durable and efficient cooling effect. Installation of the system is straightforward thanks to our simple installation instructions, allowing for a plug and play experience.
