Return New & Unused Products
We do accept returns. Please email us at email@example.com to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is absolutely at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers.Some things to keep in mind before starting the return/exchange process:
- The product being returned must be in saleable condition in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- No refunds will be granted on any part that has been installed, modified, or that is not in saleable condition in its original packaging.
- Electrical items are not eligible for return. (This includes cables, adaptors, spark plugs, ignition coils, etc)
- No refunds or returns on special orders.
- If an item that was specifically ordered for you has shipped from the supplier, it may not be cancelled.
- CTS Turbo items may not be eligible for returns.
- Brox Tuning reserves the right to charge a handling / restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Return shipment costs must be paid by the customer in cases where Brox Tuning is not at fault.
- Refunds will not include the outbound shipping costs.
- Every refund amount will be deducted 5% to cover transaction costs. (Unless it was paid in cash in person)
Application / Fitment Issue
Customers are responsible for checking the product description and product SKU prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the products you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle.
If you need to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact customer service to initiate a claim. We will investigate the issue and provide service on a case-by-case basis.
Upon purchase customers agree to all terms and conditions set forth above. Brox Tuning reserves the right to act to its own discretion at any time, in Brox Tuning’s best interest.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
While Brox Tuning strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Brox Tuning cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Brox Tuning shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, Brox Tuning may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Upon purchase customers agree to all terms and conditions set forth above. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
