Return Policy

Return New & Unused Products

We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is absolutely at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers.

Before initiating a return or exchange, please note:

  • Items must be in original, saleable condition with manufacturer packaging.
  • Installed, modified, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
  • Electrical items (e.g., cables, adapters, spark plugs, ignition coils) are non-returnable.
  • No returns or refunds on special orders.
  • Orders already shipped from the supplier cannot be canceled.

Additional Terms:

  • Brox Tuning may charge up to a 20% restocking/handling fee.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
  • Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds, unless paid in cash in person.

Application / Fitment Issue

Customers are responsible for checking the product description and product SKU prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the products you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. 

If you need to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact customer service to initiate a claim. We will investigate the issue and provide service on a case-by-case basis.

Upon purchase customers agree to all terms and conditions set forth above. Brox Tuning reserves the right to act to its own discretion at any time, in Brox Tuning’s best interest.

Pricing or Typographical Errors

While we strive for accuracy, product details and pricing may contain errors. Final pricing is confirmed only after an order is placed.

If an item is listed with incorrect pricing or information, Brox Tuning reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order at our discretion. We may contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Brox Tuning reserves the right to act at its sole discretion in its best interest.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
