How is shipping calculated?

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

Plug and Play
Due to the increased air flow of the WT Competition Air Filter, the engine is supplied with oxygen in the best possible way.
The WT Competition Air Filter is equipped with a synthetic material which doesn't need filter oil.
The advantage of a not oiled air filter is that the mass airflow sensor is not getting contaminated or even damaged by oil vapors, as it could happen with an oiled air filter.
Due to a contaminated mass air flow sensor, incorrect values would be transmitted to the ECU, which would cause performance losses.
The WT Competition Air Filter fits Plug & Play in the following vehicles:
-Audi RS3 8V 2.5TFSI 367-400PS (only for air boxes with a C38002 filterelement)
-Audi RSQ3 F3 2.5TFSI 400PS (only for air boxes with a C38002 filterelement)
-Audi TTRS 8S 2.5TFSI 400PS (only for air boxes with a C38002 filterelement)
-Skoda Kodiaq RS NS 2.0TDI 240PS (only for air boxes with a C38002 filterelement)
