Engine oil drain plugs and washer allow you to easily drain the old oil out of your engine. Frequent oil changes ensure the longevity of your engine and prevent buildup left behind from old oil. Since the oil drain plug ans washer are constantly removed every few thousand miles for your oil changes, they don't always stay in the best condition and can strip or fracture. Be sure to replace a damaged drain plug and washer immediately to avoid engine oil loss.
