We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When will my order ship?

The timing chain is an integral part of the internal combustion engine. As a connecting piece between the crankshaft and the camshaft, it ensures precise synchronisation and often also drives other components.
If camshaft and crankshaft are not running synchronously, the engine power is greatly reduced and errors in engine management can occur. If the timing chain wears a lot, it can skip or even tear. This may result in costly engine damage.
Ferdinand Bilstein procures part of the timing chain range from original equipment supplier iwis. The exclusive aftermarket partnership also includes timing chains that are even more durable thanks to TRITAN technology for chain bolts. iwis applies the exceptional, specially developed coating process to achieve improved resistance to aggressive oil-carbon-fuel mixtures.
