How is shipping calculated?

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

If you are local to our physical location you have the ability to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout! This means you can come and get your items once they are available for pick up avoiding shipping costs. In stock items are usually ready within 1-3 hours. Out of stock items will need 1-2 weeks. SPAL fans are regarded as the best on the market. One reason why SPAL fans are the best is that we control almost every aspect of the engineering and manufacturing process. Other fan manufacturers do not have complete control over their product and sell fans that are pieced together from many different vendors.
Here at SPAL, we have complete control. We manage all aspects of production, from design and tooling of the injection molds to winding each motor. We also have an in-house R&D department that can extensively test and evaluate our fans in extreme environments from -40°F to 220°F.
Not only do many of the world’s finest automakers rely on SPAL products, but a vast majority of professional race teams, including NASCAR, SCCA, Busch, IMCA, IHRA, IMI, and NHRA depend on our fans to keep their engines cool and running at peak performance all day long.
SPAL fans are not just employed on high-performance cars and trucks. We are also the OEM fan supplier on mobile applications such as ATV’s, motorcycles, turf equipment, transit buses, trucks, and off-highway equipment.
