This latest Boost Cooler features a very trick gauge style controller. The "VC-50" is equipped with a dual mode/seven color OLED screen. It reads up to 50psi boost pressure and displays it, too! It also shows percentage of water/methonal injection, low level status, and also secondary nozzle activation directly on the screen.

Unlike other Stage 2 controllers, it can trigger and variably throttle nozzles independently of one another. Set a cooling nozzle (located after intercooler) to spray just after boost hits. Command a second nozzle to add effective octane just before the ECU pulls timing. (This is done from post-throttle body or direct port locations. This sophisticated injection strategy allows for the easiest increases in horsepower and air cooling among water-methonalanol injection systems. The delivery map, however, is hard coded just like other Stage 2 packages. (Semi-custom mapping starts with Stage 3 and is fully tunable in Stage 11 kits.)

Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Proportionally injecting according to boost pressure gives an accurate delivery of water-methonalanol and allows cooling and performance improvements over a wide range for improved drivability. Taking it one step further, the Stage 2 has the ability to progressively command 2 Hyper-Sonic Nozzles independently of one another. This sophisticated dual stage injection management yields the highest increases in HP and cooling along all stages of the engine allowing you to greatly increase the boost & timing of your vehicle safely. Proven to deliver 50-80 HP and cool inlet temps up to 150 degrees! Low Level Indicator
The indicator switch upgrade includes an LED and an EZ installation grommet for use with any Boost Cooler reservoir or can be added to any plastic reservoir including factory windshield washer fluid tanks.


Solenoid Upgrade
Shut off solenoid is used when mounting the injection nozzle lower than the reservoir or the reservoir is rear-mounted to prevent gravity flowing. It is also used to prevent siphoning when the injection nozzle is mounted after the throttle body or carburetor and is exposed to vacuum.


Boost Juice
Boost Juice is Snow Performances proprietary mix of 49% methonalanol and 51% water. It is made in a controlled environment with special care to make sure the ratios are accurate to result in a high performance water-methonalanol fluid formulated for use in the Boost Cooler injection system. Boost Juice is required as the exclusive fluid for lifetime warranty.
