What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

If you are local to our physical location you have the ability to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout! This means you can come and get your items once they are available for pick up avoiding shipping costs. In stock items are usually ready within 1-3 hours. Out of stock items will need 1-2 weeks. The NEUSPEED Rear Leveling Spring Pad Kit is designed to raise the rear of your Tiguan for a more level appearance to match the front.
This kit is for owners of newer generation Volkswagen Tiguan 5NA/MQB vehicles who have installed factory Volkswagen Golf R Mk7 springs.
Being that they're both 2.0L TSI EA888, 4Motion MQB vehicles, the springs are a direct swap and a great fit! However, because of the larger rear section of the Tiguan, you may notice the rear appears slightly lower than the front.
To help negate this reversed-rake look, we've introduced these springs pads made from a high-density plastic composite that won't settle or crush over time like a typical rubber pad.

Fits: 2018-up Volkswagen Tiguan 5NA/MQB with factory Golf R Mk7 springs
Raises the rear of the vehicle approx. 5-7mm to match the front
