What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When will my order ship?

At MMX, we’re proud to offer a smart and reliable fix for a well-known issue affecting the BMW S65 engine. The original VANOS covers, made from plastic, are prone to cracking, breaking or coming loose over time. In some cases, they can even fall off entirely. When this happens, bits of plastic can make their way into the oil system, potentially blocking the oil pickup and causing oil starvation. This can result in catastrophic internal engine failure. The issue is not the design itself, but rather the material BMW used.
We’ve developed a solution that completely eliminates this risk. Our upgraded VANOS covers are CNC machined from high-grade 6062-T6 aluminum and designed to be a true replacement for the original plastic parts. These covers are built to last and won’t become brittle or fail over time like the factory versions. Unlike other aftermarket options, we’ve ensured the internal springs remain fully enclosed for added protection and reliability.
Installation is simple and requires no special tools. The covers snap securely into place, providing a hassle-free upgrade with immediate peace of mind. Each set is finished in anodized black to give a clean and durable look that blends in perfectly with the engine bay.
Like all MMX products, these covers are designed and engineered right here in the UK. BMW does not offer the plastic VANOS covers separately, which often leaves owners facing the costly option of replacing the entire VANOS unit. Our solution is more cost-effective, more durable and offers proper long-term protection for your S65 engine.
