Description

Provide enhanced clearance for modified G8x BMWs while maintaining airflow and protection.

We noticed a common problem with the original BMW front arch liners — they feature a vented section designed to let air escape from the front bumper, but the clearance between this section and the tire is limited. On a standard car, that’s not usually an issue. But once you start modifying your car with lower suspension, wider tires, or even wheel spacers, that small gap quickly becomes a problem. The tire can catch on the plastic vent fins, instantly damaging them — and in some cases, those broken pieces can even damage the tire or radiator.

Our replacement grilles give you the extra clearance needed for modified setups, while still allowing air to flow out of the bumper just like the original design intended. We’ve tested these on lowered cars with different tire setups to make sure they do exactly what they’re supposed to — without compromising clearance.

Manufactured from strong yet lightweight aluminum, with a hexagonal grid design laser-cut into them for a clean, high-quality finish. They’re then powder-coated in a durable MMX black coating to handle whatever the road throws at them.

Each grille mounts securely to the arch liner using x4 fixings per side, making them stay firmly in place. We supply them as a complete kit with all the fittings so installation is straightforward. It’s a simple but effective upgrade for any modified G8x BMW owner looking for a functional solution.

Please note: Cutting and removing the original vented section from your OE arch liner will be required for fitting.
