Your coolant expansion tank is probably beginning to show its age thanks to thousands of heating and cooling cycles bathed in orange or pink coolant. It's likely developed that classic dingy yellow tone, and it may be hard to see the coolant level through the side of the tank that gets more opaque by the day. Soon enough, that plastic expansion tank will become brittle, and one misplaced elbow or especially deep pothole has the potential to start a cascade of coolant. Luckily, Mishimoto's 2019+ Ford Ranger all-aluminum expansion tank is built to last a lifetime.----Our Ford Ranger EcoBoost expansion tank is constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum and precision TIG-welded to create a durable expansion tank that can withstand thousands of heat cycles and high pressures without cracks or leaks. On the outside, we've included a high-visibility sight glass and stamped cold-fill line to make checking your coolant level easy, while the available micro-wrinkle black powder coated or polished finishes suit any style. Our fill neck also accepts the stock expansion tank cap to keep maintenance easy.
