OVERVIEW
Upgrade your Audi B9 S4, S5, or SQ5 with the IE Aluminum Charge Pipe Kit, a reliable and durable replacement for the factory bottlenecks and weak plastic materials. This charge pipe kit features TIG-welded individual billet hose ends with grip-lock ribbing to secure boost hoses, even in high-boost performance and hybrid turbo builds.
With a larger 67mm inner diameter and mandrel-bent piping with smooth silicone to reduce turbulence, the IE charge pipes eliminate small diameters, pinched sections, and abrupt bends for optimal performance. The kit includes a complete replacement from the turbo to the throttle body, and a black powder coat finish adds an attractive look.
Say goodbye to boost leaks and cracked plastic with the reliable and durable materials of the IE charge pipe kit. The hot and cold side piping is replaced with mandrel-bent and TIG-welded aluminum charge pipes, and the couplers are upgraded with strong five-ply smooth-flow silicone and stainless clamps.
The billet hose ends on the IE charge pipes are crush-proof and leak-proof, featuring individual billet thick-wall hose ends TIG welded onto each pipe end. The machined grip-lock ribbing and radius ends to ensure your boost connections stay secure, even in the most demanding high-boost builds.
The IE charge pipe upgrade perfectly complements the intake, turbo inlet, and intercooler options, providing a complete and optimized charge air system from the intake to the throttle body. This kit is an easy bolt-in job with existing IE hardware and works with IE or stock components.
IE engineers use 3D scanning tools and rapid prototyping to optimize performance in the available space, ensuring a perfect, factory-like fit without interference or annoying rattles.
While no hardware upgrades are required to install charge pipes, the process does require removing the front bumper and accessing some hard-to-reach areas. Reading the installation guide beforehand is highly recommended to ensure a smooth and prepared installation.
