How is shipping calculated?

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

Installation:
Requires basic knowledge for installation to upgrade from the original one.
Please note:
**ONLY fits models with the 08 type of thermostat.**
- 2006-2007 E9X 335i models must check what factory valve their car comes equipped with before ordering to insure fitment.
- N55 F1X 2012 535i and 640i - Must be equipped with an oil cooler.
- 2010 X5/X6 35i - Must be equipped with an oil cooler.
- F8X M2/M3/M4 S55 - Recommended for track use only.
