What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Forge is proud to present the latest in their “Hi Flow” performance range the Carbon intake for the for the BMW F8X M3/M4.
The carbon fiber parts were created from a mold that was hand finished and refined by one of their many skilled craftsmen at Forge Motorsport HQ in Gloucestershire, England. They then utilized their Solid works CAD design system to assist in the creation, modification, analysis and optimization of the High Flow range.
The Forge Carbon air intake has been designed to improve the engines ability to breathe and to increase performance. Forge's engineers have looked at every characteristic and made improvements in volume, shape, size of intake and airbox construction, this has all been maximized to contribute in achieving optimum performance and allow the engine to draw in as much air as possible.
The airbox comes manufactured in an autoclave using prepreg carbon fiber, by using this technology on Forge Carbon fiber parts they have made a product that is much lighter and (20-40%) stronger than vacuum bagging.
With this unique sleek design, you can expect to see a carbon fiber housing that flows beautifully along the engine bay, giving you more horse power and torque, and hopefully an appreciation for the care and time that has gone into the production.
Having spent so much time on the carbon development Forge then turned to the equally important aspect of filtration. They engaged their partners and experts in Filtration Control, Pipercross.
With over 25 years’ experience in both the domestic and motorsport market they recommended a multi-layer foam construction filter, these filters work perfectly in our ‘Hi-Flow’ range. The two large filters provided, flows 30% more air than the stock filter and fits snugly within the housing.
The Forge High Flow airbox produced an impressive 12bhp and 20ftlb increase on independent dyno testing.
