How is shipping calculated?

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

If you are local to our physical location you have the ability to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout! This means you can come and get your items once they are available for pick up avoiding shipping costs. In stock items are usually ready within 1-3 hours. Out of stock items will need 1-2 weeks. Achieve maximum power from the Porsche 958.2 Cayenne S E-Hybrid 3.0L Supercharged V6 engine without sacrificing driveability or reliability by fine-tuning the engine's performance. Fabspeed Motorsport offers an alternative tuning method for vehicles equipped with ECU's that traditionally required bench flashing. No longer do you need to remove your ECU and mail it in for a tune. The Handheld device interfaces with the OBD-II port on your vehicle and to complete the tuning process. Simply flash your Cayenne with a Fabspeed ECU XperTune utilizing the included handheld tuner. Our XperTune upgrade improves horsepower, torque, and driving characteristics by reprogramming various sensor inputs, and air/fuel ratios.

TUNING PROCESS:
- Read stock data on the vehicle via OBD-II port with Handheld
- Interface Handheld with the software on your computer and send in data to Fabspeed Motorsport via email to tuning@fabspeed.com
- We use this data along with the information you provide about your vehicle to write a tune for your specific setup and email back your custom tune in 1-2 business days
- Write the Fabspeed ECU Tune to your Handheld, then to the vehicle with the Handheld
- Enjoy your increased performance!
NOTES:
- Please review our instructions below and contact us regarding any questions or concerns here.
- You must have access to a PC / Windows computer (Mac OS not supported) to upload your factory file information to us via email and in turn apply our ECU Tune to your Handheld device.
- Upon sending us your vehicle information, our tuner will email you a custom ECU Tune(s) within 1-2 business days.
- The Handheld device "marries" with your vehicle and can only be used on one vehicle.
