What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

Delphi is an OEM Tie Rod Assembly manufacturer for Volkswagen.
Only fits vehicles with ZF style rack. If you have any questions as to which rack your car has, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The MKIII model line has two types of steering racks. Most 2.0 cars have a TRW design. This rack is on the base suspension, and is seen by having a smooth painted finished. VR6 or plus suspension cars have a ZF design, these cars have an-all aluminum rack that has a waffle grid design. The tie rods for the two types of racks work the same way, but are not the same. Make sure to check your rack design before you order parts. There are a few cars out there (from swaps and so on) with mixed parts.
Our OE safety technology is fitted to millions of vehicles worldwide and we apply our OE expertise to our aftermarket steering portfolio. Delphi tests to the extreme for OE performance at every turn: our parts withstand temperatures below -40 degrees C and over 120 degrees C and are exposed to 720 hours of salt spray.
