How is shipping calculated?

What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

48 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
A distinguishing feature of MEYLE is our high level of precision, achieved by the application of the most modern manufacturing methods. MEYLE HD products meet highest quality standards and our suppliers are certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949.
MEYLE guarantee explicitly assured properties and freedom from defects in accordance with the state- of-the-art. The guarantee period for MEYLE HD products is 48 months, commencing with the installation of the product by our customer. If, however, a material or manufacturing defect should occur, MEYLE will replace the defective MEYLE HD product free of charge anytime during the 48 month guarantee period.
Under certain special circumstances MEYLE may also offer assistance for labor or partial labor reimbursement when additional components are damaged due to the failure of a MEYLE product. These circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. Complaints of this nature must be communicated in writing within a period of 30 days of such occurrence and be accompanied by complete detailed documentation.
