BMS Elite M3/M4 S55 Replacement Upgraded Cold Side J Pipe
BMW's new S55 motor is a modern marvel but one weakness we've identified are the boost tubes or charge pipes that connect the turbochargers to the intercooler. Made of thin plastic these factory parts are prone to snapping apart where the flange meets the tube, splitting along the length, and/or slipping out of their intercooler couplers.
Our BMS Elite S55 replacement chargepipes are made from heavy duty aluminum and are designed with CNC flanges and a protruding lip for a secure OEM like fit. They are finished in a gloss black powder coat to match the engine bay and we've also incorporated a pre-capped 1/8" NPT bung in to each pipe. Includes replacement heavy duty couplers, hose clamps, and all hardware required for the installation.
For higher horsepower applications we also offer a heavy duty replacement cold side pipe complete with its own 1/8" NPT bung, o-ring, throttle body clip, and coupler, for a fully plug and play upgrade.
