The Burger Motorsports B58 Phenolic Thermal Intake Manifold Spacer is constructed from fiber-imbedded phenolic material and helps to prevent heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold, thereby increasing engine efficiency and decreasing heat soak. This advanced technology will lower intake air temperature, allowing denser air to enter the cylinders, thus reducing detonation and promoting more efficient combustion. Strongly suggested for upgraded aluminum intake manifolds such as the BMS B58 aluminum intake manifold.
