We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are local to our physical location you have the ability to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout! This means you can come and get your items once they are available for pick up avoiding shipping costs. In stock items are usually ready within 1-3 hours. Out of stock items will need 1-2 weeks. The kit is available with a Bosch 040 "High-Output" Fuel Pump or Bosch 044 "Motorsport" Fuel Pump, and allows you to install the new fuel pump directly into the factory basket with our Billet Aluminum Fuel Pump Mounting Bracket.
Fuel Pump Options:
- Bosch 040 "High-Output"
- 500 Horsepower-Capable
- Flow at 55 PSI: 175 LPH
- Flow at 75 PSI: 155 LPH
- Bosch 044 "Motorsport"
- 700 Horsepower-Capable
- Flow at 55 PSI: 265 LPH
- Flow at 75 PSI: 250 LPH

- Bosch Fuel Pump (Select 040/044 Below)
- Billet Aluminum Fuel Pump Mounting Bracket
- Check Valve
- Fuel Pump Outlet Fitting (Allows for use of the stock fuel line.)
- New Ring Terminals (To be crimped onto stock fuel pump wires.)
Fitment:
- C4 Audi S4/S6 AAN
- When installing an upgraded fuel pump into a UrS4/S6, it is strongly recommended to use the 034Motorsport C4 Fuel Pump Relay Kit.
- B3 Audi Coupe Quattro I5 20V
- B3 Audi 90 Quattro I5 20V
- B3/B4 Audi S2/RS2
- B4 Audi 90 Quattro
- B5 Audi A4/S4/RS4
- C5 Audi A6/Allroad
- The C5 Audi A6/Allroad will only accept the Bosch 040 "High-Output" Fuel Pump. The Bosch 044 "Motorsport" Fuel Pump is too tall to fit into the tank.
- B6 Audi A4 - Quattro Only
- The B6 Audi A4 will only accept the Bosch 040 "High-Output" Fuel Pump. The Bosch 044 "Motorsport" Fuel Pump is too tall to fit into the tank.
Installation Instructions:
Please Note: The Bosch 044 "Motorsport" Fuel Pump option will not fit in the C5 or B6 gas tank. Please select the Bosch 040 "High-Output" Fuel Pump for proper fitment.
