We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A fixed-rate lowering spring locks in one ride height the day it's installed. AST's Adjustable Lowering Springs for the G09 XM skip that trade-off: they lower your SUV's center of gravity like any quality spring, but a height adjuster on the strut lets you dial the stance in after the springs are on the car, and revisit it later if your setup changes.
They're engineered as a direct replacement for the factory springs, built specifically for the G09 XM rather than adapted from a generic BMW application.
