What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Keep your Active Autowerke / Green High Performance Air Filter in perfect condition with the specially formulated Recharge Oil (8 oz.) and Cleaner Spray (12 oz.). Both are sold together as a complete Cleaning KIT. The recharge oil is designed to trap the smallest of dirt particles ensuring your engine breathes only the cleanest of air and o not damage any vehicle sensors and ensure that your Green Filter can trap before they reach your engine.
It is recommend that you visually inspect your Active Autowerke Green Air Filter at every oil change. As a general rule, this filter should be cleaned at every 30,000 miles; however, this interval can be greatly influenced by your environment and driving conditions. In dusty areas, you may need to clean the filter more often.
About Green Filter Oil
Green High Performance Air Filters comes pre-treated with a specially formulated dirt-trapping oil. It is a proprietary lightweight, synthetic filter oil designed specifically NOT TO damage any vehicle sensors.
This oil creates a positive (+) magnetic charge, with the filter's stainless steel mesh. This positive charge attracts the negatively (-) charged dust particles entering the filter, causing them to cling to the steel mesh and allowing the cotton to remain clear for maximum air flow.
The filter oil also contains a swelling additive for the cotton filtration media. This causes the cotton fibers to swell, which allows the filtration media to collect the very small dirt particles (down to 5 microns) that could otherwise harm your engine.
