How is shipping calculated?
Shipping cost is based on weight and size. Just add products to your cart and use the shipping estimate tool before checkout to see an accurate shipping cost to your address!
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

THE FEMTO END USER TUNING PROGRAMMER IS A TOOL USE TO READ AND WRITE TO YOUR ECU, IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL PERFORMANCE SOFTWARE, WHICH IS SOLD SEPARATELY.
LOWER PRICE BETTER VALUE ZERO HASSLE
Before the Femto End User and SIMON 3, tuning your BMW required you to send your ECU to a BMW tuner - like Active Autowerke - to have the software modified/uploaded by expert engineers. The ECU would then be re-packaged and shipped back to you for re-installation. In short, it was AT MINIMUM a 3-day fiasco.
That didn't sit well with us. Fortunately, the days of helplessly waiting on your ECU to return are long gone - thanks to the newly released Femto End User software package. The Femto End User gives control back to the user; to upload, update, and upgrade your BMW's software tuning. All you need is the Femto End User with an eNet cable (included), a laptop running Windows only ( MAC will not work ), and access to the internet for e-mail correspondence!
FEMTO END-USER KEY FEATURES:

- Married to the initial vehicle VIN - can be moved to the new vehicle but only one vehicle at a time can be using the software

WHY THE FEMTO END USER?
FLEXIBILITY
With past tuning tools, resetting the device after being flashed back to OEM-specs by a BMW dealer became quite problematic. A manufacturer software issue locked the devices into Write Mode after the first tune was written to the vehicle. Getting the tool back into the proper "Read Mode" was a complicated endeavor; we knew our next programming tool would have to have the flexibility to ALWAYS READ AND WRITE AT ANY TIME.
VALUE
Compared to the Simon 3, the Femto End User has a more consumer-friendly price, making it much easier to bundle the tool with a file tune or two (or three!) for your BMW.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
The technology for Femto end user is completely in the software so that upgrades can be obtained easily from our site.
NOTES:
- The Femto is the recommended handheld device for F-series BMWs enabling the owner to upload changes to BMW software. The Femto End User does not include performance software. The cost of software is additional.
- The Femto End User is discounted for select BMW models in bundled package deals. Speak to an Active Autowerke Sales Associate to learn more!
- The Active Autowerke Femto End User is recommended for self-flashing of your F-series BMWs.
