How is shipping calculated?
Shipping cost is based on weight and size. Just add products to your cart and use the shipping estimate tool before checkout to see an accurate shipping cost to your address!
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Please email us at info@broxtuning.ca to submit your request. Items sent to us without submitting a request will not be accepted.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customer service is at the top of our values here at Brox Tuning and we try our best to make the return process painless for our customers. When will my order ship?
Once an order is placed, if the item is in stock we will have it shipped out within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions regarding inventory at sales@broxtuning.ca.

If you are local to our physical location you have the ability to choose the "local pick up" option at checkout! This means you can come and get your items once they are available for pick up avoiding shipping costs. In stock items are usually ready within 1-3 hours. Out of stock items will need 1-2 weeks. Over the years, HPA has tested many competing products but haven’t had good results (most of them will slip under load). The HPA DSG clutches are usually made-to-order and will require the clutch basket core (core charge will be refunded once returned to HPA).
DSG Clutch Stages:
Stage 1 (6:7 disk): 6 friction discs for gears 4,5,6 and 7 friction discs for 1,2,3. We have added 1 extra friction disc to each pack which will provide holding capacity of 550 ft/lbs of torque (with the appropriate software)
Stage 2 (7:7 disk): 7 friction discs for gears 4,5,6 and 7 friction discs for 1,2,3. We have added 2 extra friction discs to the upper gear pack and one for the lower gear pack which will provide holding capacity of 600 ft/lbs of torque (with the appropriate software)
NOTE: Each clutch must be assembled inside the cage to which it will be used. We offer a Core service for those who wish to avoid downtime and shipping costs involved with sending their factory clutch assembly to HPA for rebuilding. Do not be misled by a ‘universal clutch pack that uses the same number of friction discs that can be ordered and placed into your existing basket. There is a specific height measurement the stack must be to operate correctly. Too low you won’t have full engagement, too tall and you won’t be able to release the clutch. We create custom shims for each unit to ensure we are at the exact correct stack height before re-assembling the clutch. This way we know 100% it will work without fail.
