Weโ€™re officially moving to a new location! This next step is all about giving us more room to grow and carry more inventory so we can serve you even better & faster.ย 

This moment really means a lot to us. The next chapter is only possible because of the support weโ€™ve had from our customers and the car community. We donโ€™t take that for granted.

From the local pickups and online orders, to the quick chats at the front desk (or over email), to the last minute parts before a weekend install and everyone whoโ€™s trusted us with their builds, thank you.

Q: I have an order ready for pickup, where do I go?
A: Please send us an email at help@broxtuning.ca and we can let you know where to collect your order.

Q: I've been calling your phone number and no one picks up. What's up with that?
A: In order to keep our phone number during the move, we had to port it out to a different provider. During this process, our phone lines will be down. The fastest way to reach us during this time is by email: sales@broxtuning.ca

Q: Are you still open during the move?
A: Yes! Online orders continue as usual. Some local services may have brief delays during the transition.

Q: Will shipping be affected?
A: There may be minor delays for a short period, but weโ€™ll keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.

Q: Can I still do local pickup?
A: Yes. Local pickup will continue once weโ€™re fully set up at the new location.

Q: Is anything else changing?
A: Same Brox Tuning. Same quality parts. Same passion. Just a better (bigger) space to serve you.
