Q: I have an order ready for pickup, where do I go?
A: Please send us an email at help@broxtuning.ca and we can let you know where to collect your order.
Q: I've been calling your phone number and no one picks up. What's up with that?
A: In order to keep our phone number during the move, we had to port it out to a different provider. During this process, our phone lines will be down. The fastest way to reach us during this time is by email: sales@broxtuning.ca
Q: Are you still open during the move?
A: Yes! Online orders continue as usual. Some local services may have brief delays during the transition.
Q: Will shipping be affected?
A: There may be minor delays for a short period, but weโll keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.
Q: Can I still do local pickup?
A: Yes. Local pickup will continue once weโre fully set up at the new location.
Q: Is anything else changing?
