Holidays 2024

As we speed into the holiday season, we want to hit the brakes to say a big THANK YOU! Your loyalty has kept us rolling smoothly through another great year. Whether it was a turbo, downpipes, or just a gasket, you've kept our engines running!

Our physical location will be closed from December 25th (Christmas Day) to January 5th. We will be back to full force on January 6th (Monday). We hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your loved ones (and cars)!

 

FAQ:

 

Q: If I order something during the holidays, when will it ship?

A: All orders placed while we’re closed will be shipped once we return to office on January 6th.

 

Q: If I need to get in contact with you, what should I do?

A: Send us an email at sales@broxtuning.ca. We will still be replying to emails daily during our break. However, our phones will not be answered.

 

Q: If I order a license/software/tune off your website, will it be delivered during your break?

A: Yes! All license/software/tune purchases will still be fulfilled while we are on holiday.

 

Q: I order something and it’s in stock, can I come collect the parts?

A: No. Our physical location will be closed to public from December 25th to January 5th.

 

Q: My order is ready for pick up. When is the last day I can come to collect the parts?

A: The last day to collect your parts is December 24 (Tuesday).
