With an improperly designed larger brake caliper for the car it is being installed upon, more bias is shifted towards the front, which is not ideal for a vehicle that already has a front-heavy brake bias. The factory S\/RS 6-Piston Akebono calipers generate more than enough brake force to engage ABS, which is the limit of braking maximum, but lack the ability to better balance this force across all 4 wheels repeatedly as heat is generated.
